FREE Yoga Class tonight in Lichfield !

Yep! That's right! A FREE yoga class! We are celebrating our very first class at our new venue in Lichfield: the rather posh Darwin Hall (between Waitrose & The Saxon Penny pub).

Yoga is good for just about everything: stress relief, anxiety, digestive ailments, depression, asthma, back, shoulder or neck problems, sleeping troubles, headaches, MS, ME, tight muscles from running, cycling or the gym, fibromyalgia, arthritis, balance, general flexibility, poor posture, strength and many more issues we all face from time to time, so come and see what an hour could do for you! Or simply treat yourself to a little bit of me-time now the kids have gone back to school ;)

So, bring your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours or some of the mums from school, from 7.45-8.45pm for a good stretch, breathe and relax. See you there!

(Parking nearby at Waitrose or adjacent car park accessed from Heathcot Place)

September is All About Balance

1/9/2014

September is about letting the summer fade into fond memories, getting the kids back to school and embracing the changing season, sometimes having summer, autumn and winter all in one day! It is traditionally a time to harvest and prepare for those cold, dark winter days. Practicing balance in our bodies and minds helps us adapt to the changing light and keeps our mood and health in balance too. So September's classes will be about strengthening our legs and cores for grounded resilience, balancing on our toes, hands, sideways and upside-down, and breathing to centre and calm our busy minds. Bring some balance to your life!
