I love teaching mindfulness. It's principles are so simple anyone can do it, yet it can bring about such profound changes to our everyday experiences. I know it brings more joy and peace into my daily life and I'd love it to do the same for you.
You can join me for half hour pockets of mindfulness 5 times a week or ask for a recording of the the week's practices and you can be mindful when it suits you (I vary them a bit live, but you'll get the idea).
If you like you can pay £15 monthly to come to as many sessions as you like and also be part of our little Facebook Group where we have weekly challenges and post our own little bits of success, joy or disaster. Various pets interrupting practices is a common theme... There are over 50 videos or practices in this group you can access anytime you like as well as inspiring quotes, places to go for more, books we have all found useful or inspiring, etc.

This is a lovely little place where I share mindfulness video & audio recordings for you to play so you can practice mindfulness anytime you want; in your garden, in bed or on a walk.
I will share breathing techniques to help calm & centre you, rev you up for a great day or help you drift off to sleep.
There will also be quotes, tips, ideas & inspirations to get you started, or help you continue, being more mindful.
The beauty of being in this group is that all of this wonderful stuff will be on Facebook, so you can access it whenever YOU are ready to be mindful. If you miss a few live sessions, this little place is waiting for you.
I hope that you will also contribute to our group by asking questions, making requests, and maybe even posting a few of your own ideas, photos of your practice or simply what has brought you joy.
Mindfulness with Emma will be run through Facebook, so if you're not on Facebook at the moment, I can help you get on to Facebook and stay super-private.
