Burntwood Class is going on holiday!

I am off to Wales to recharge my yogic batteries with sun (hopefully), sand, sea & mountains!

So, our Burntwood class is also having a little holiday and there will be no classes on the 18th or 25th August.

See you again, recharged and full of interesting ideas, ready for series of stretches and lengthy relaxation, on Monday 1st September - hurrah!!

Moving onwards and upwards...
Our Lichfield class is re-locating to a stunning new venue in Lichfield, with adjacent car parking, yoga-perfect lighting and loads of clear wall space upon which to practice our balances and shoulderstands!

Classes begin Wednesday, 3rd September, 7.45 - 8.45pm

THIS FIRST CLASS IS FREE TO EVERYBODY !!

Bring friends, family, neighbours, work colleagues or anyone else you know along for a FREE Yoga class. Stretch, unwind, detox, de-stress & relax.
Beginners and non-bendy people very welcome!
