Hello! Welcome to
​Emma's Yoga & Mindfulness

​I offer yoga & mindfulness sessions that are accessible to everyone.
Yoga & mindfulness can help if you:
- are stiff, creaky, have arthritis or a bad back,
- would like to feel stronger and/or more flexible,
- feel stressed out and in need of some calm in your life,
- want to improve your energy levels, sleep better and generally feel a bit brighter.
I want you to feel really comfortable so classes are relaxed, you can do as little or as much as you like, and we always start with an option for everyone and take it from there.

Hopefully everything you need is on this website but I like talking to a person when I'm starting something new, so if you want to just ring & ask your questions, call me on 07846 807 980.
