How I Feel about Yoga & Mindfulness during Covid-19
More than ever, we need all the stress-reducing, immunity-boosting benefits of yoga, so we'll be focussing on heart openers, breathing & relaxation to help us feel positive, happy & calm. Since lockdown, we have also built on our strength & balance, as anything we do physically in yoga also filters through to our other layers, our mental attitudes & emotions too.
We practice brief meditations and visualisations before, during &/or after our yoga and if you'd like to practice meditation and mindfulness a bit more, then come to a Mindfulness session.
All of the above are suitable for absolute beginners.
