Hello! Welcome to ​Emma's Yoga

​I offer classes, retreats & courses in yoga, mindfulness & nature therapy.
These are always suitable for everyone and can help if you:
- would like to feel stronger and/or more flexible,
- feel stressed out and in need of some calm in your life,
- want to improve your energy levels, sleep better and generally feel a bit brighter.

I want you to feel really comfortable so all sessions are relaxed, you can do as little or as much as you like, and we always start with an option for everyone and take it from there.
