Hello! Welcome to
​Emma's Yoga & Mindfulness

​I offer yoga classes & mindfulness sessions that are accessible to everyone.
Yoga & mindfulness can help if you:
- are stiff, creaky, have arthritis or a bad back,
- would like to feel stronger and/or more flexible,
- feel stressed out and in need of some calm in your life,
- want to improve your energy levels, sleep better and generally feel a bit brighter.
I want you to feel really comfortable so classes are relaxed, you can do as little or as much as you like, and we always start with an option for everyone and take it from there.

Hopefully everything you need is on this website but I like talking to real people whenever possible, so if you want to just ring & ask your questions, call me on 07846 807 980. My phone is on silent quite a bit so please make sure you leave your name & number & I will call you back, usually the same day.


Mindfulness for Everyday Life

Practice gentle tai chi, wander along a stream and pause in the woods, all the while learning really useful mindfulness techniques you can use throughout your day.
