Free recorded sessions will be available from late December so you can energise or relax (or both of course!) during Christmas.
I offer yoga classes & mindfulness sessions that are accessible to everyone. Yoga & mindfulness can help if you: - are stiff, creaky, have arthritis or a bad back, - would like to feel stronger and/or more flexible, - feel stressed out and in need of some calm in your life, - want to improve your energy levels, sleep better and generally feel a bit brighter. I want you to feel really comfortable so classes are relaxed, you can do as little or as much as you like, and we always start with an option for everyone and take it from there.
