Here we go!! Back to Face-to-Face classes!! Hurrah!!
From May 17th 2021, I am delighted to be able to offer face-to-face classes once again. Places are limited due to social distancing, so please contact me to book your place. If you would rather wait a little longer before joining a class, or you simply like the idea of no travelling & just doing your own thing in the privacy of your own home, I will still be running online yoga classes & mindfulness sessions on Zoom, from my home studio to your lounge, garden - or bed (yes, I know you 7.30am mindfulness people!).

I am also very, very happy to be able to run events once again. These are wonderful half days where you can take some time out of your busy life to recharge, rest & restore. I offer yoga & walking days with my friend Claire, where we spend lots of time outside, in a venture we call Forestry Wellbeing. This year, Forestry Wellbeing days will be offered in Lichfield & Ingestre, near Trentham.
I also run half day mindfulness sessions, mostly at The Orangery at Ingestre. Weather dependant, we use this beautiful orangery, the formal lawn and the Long Walk for our mindfulness practices. It's beautiful & peaceful.
