Lockdown 2.0: Back to Zoom
From November 9th, face-to-face classes will be replaced with Zoom classes once again.
How I Feel about Yoga & Mindfulness during Covid-19
More than ever, we need all the stress-reducing, immunity-boosting benefits of yoga, so we'll be focussing on heart openers, breathing & relaxation to help us feel positive, happy & calm. Since lockdown, we have also built on our strength & balance, as anything we do physically in yoga also filters through to our other layers, our mental attitudes & emotions too.
We practice brief meditations and visualisations before, during &/or after our yoga and if you'd like to practice meditation and mindfulness a bit more, then come to a Mindfulness session.
All of the above are suitable for absolute beginners.
Look after yourself, look for opportunities to be kind to others and hopefully we will see each other soon.
Face-to-Face Classes at Community Venues
When it is safe to return to our beautiful venues,
we will be taking these sessions very carefully:
mats spaced out, hand sanitiser on entry, online payments, masks as we come in & take our places & doors open for good ventilation throughout.
We've been so careful for so long,
we're not going to put anyone at risk now.
If you feel ready to come back to class, then please get in touch.
Places will be limited as I need to ensure we are distanced,
so you will need to book.
