September is about letting the summer fade into fond memories, getting the kids back to school and embracing the changing season, sometimes having summer, autumn and winter all in one day! It is traditionally a time to harvest and prepare for those cold, dark winter days. Practicing balance in our bodies and minds helps us adapt to the changing light and keeps our mood and health in balance too. So September's classes will be about strengthening our legs and cores for grounded resilience, balancing on our toes, hands, sideways and upside-down, and breathing to centre and calm our busy minds.
