Weekend Yoga Retreat - Itinerary

Weekend Yoga Retreat 2024
Your wonderful weekend will revolve around one main theme and will include 6 yoga sessions, 3 meditations, 3 yoga nidra (deep relaxations), opportunities for forest & hill walking, forest bathing, fireside sits with spicy chai and more...
This is a draft itinerary and we reserve the right to adapt our practice to the weather and to our theme so we all enjoy our weekend as much as possible!

Friday

4.30pm     Arrive, unpack & settle in
6.00pm     Welcome & theme for our weekend
6.15pm     Gentle Yoga
6.45pm     Dinner
8.15pm     Wind down Yin yoga & meditation
9.15pm     Star gazing by the fire / wildlife watching from the terrace or lawn
 
Saturday
7.30am     Morning mindfulness (PJs encouraged)
8.00am     Breakfast & then free time; maybe sit & simply be?
10.15am   Seasonal Workshop & Qi Gong
11.15am   Tea Break
11.45am   Summery Yoga & Relaxation
1.00pm     Lunch
2.00pm     Afternoon at leisure. Read on the terrace, lounge on the lawn or walk to Beacon Hill...
4.30pm     Yoga
6.00pm     Dinner
7.30pm     Relaxing Yin yoga & yoga nidra
9.00pm     Chai by the fire or star gazing & bed
 
Sunday  
7.30am     Morning mindfulness (PJs encouraged)
8.00am     Breakfast
10.00am   Check out of rooms
10.30am   Summary Workshop, Yoga & Deep Relaxation
1.00pm     Farewell lunch
2.00pm     Closing meditation
2.30-ish    Check out. Feel free to stay in & around the house until 4pm
