Mindful Mornings

All Mindful Mornings are on Saturdays and run from 9.30am until 12 noon. All mornings cost £15.
All mornings will be at Slitting Mill Village Hall, Cannock Chase.
Our next Mindful Day Retreat will be:

If you want to experience what mindfulness can do for you, or simply take some time out of a busy life to recharge your batteries, then these Mindful Retreats are for you!
Join me for mindful movement, relaxation and mindfulness, spending some time in the forest, sometimes sitting by a fire or maybe even dipping our toes (JUST our toes) in a peaceful lake.

We will practise quite a few different techniques; learning how to be mindful of how we feel, our thoughts and what is around us. We will stand, sit (floor or chairs), walk around inside & out, and lie down. We will take full advantage of the stunning surroundings of each venue. If the weather is kind, we will practice a bit or a lot outside.
Please bring a colourful lunch you will really look forward to eating, as well as your own cushion &/or blanket. 
A selection of hot drinks and snacks will be available.
