If you want to experience what mindfulness can do for you, or simply take some time out of a busy life to recharge your batteries, then these Mindful Retreats are for you!
Join me for mindful movement, relaxation and mindfulness, spending some time in the forest, maybe by a fire or by/in a lake.

We will practice quite a few different techniques; learning how to be mindful of how we feel, our thoughts and what is around us. We will stand, sit (floor or chairs) & lie down. We will take full advantage of the stunning surroundings of Cannock Chase, and will be outside as much as possible but we do have a warm and snug cabin in case it rains, where you can safely leave your belongings and for the all-important hot drinks and toilets.
Please bring a colourful lunch you will really look forward to eating, as well as your own cushion &/or blanket.
