Your wonderful weekend will revolve around a Springtime theme and will include 4 yoga sessions, 3 meditations, 3 yoga nidra (deep relaxations), a sound bath with bowls & drums, a guided walk, opportunities for wild swimming, forest bathing, fireside sits with spicy chai and more...

Friday
4.30pm Arrive, unpack & settle in
6.00pm Welcome & theme for our weekend
6.15pm Gentle Yoga
6.45pm Dinner
8.15pm Wind down Yin yoga & meditation
9.15pm Star gazing by the fire / wildlife watching from the lounge or terrace & bed
Saturday
7.30am Morning mindfulness (PJs encouraged)
8.00am Breakfast & then free time; maybe sit & simply be?
10.15am Yoga
11.15am Guided Walk
1.00pm Lunch
2.00pm Cold river dip, self-drive to nearby village or relax at the house
4.30pm Yoga
6.00pm Dinner
7.30pm Relaxing Yin yoga, yoga nidra & sound bath
9.00pm Chai by the fire & bed
Sunday
7.30am Morning mindfulness (PJs encouraged)
8.00am Breakfast
10.00am Free time to relax at the house, explore local villages, Padley Gorge or take a dip in the river
11.30am Yoga
12.30pm Deep relaxation
1.00pm Farewell lunch
2.00pm Closing meditation
2.30-ish Check out. Feel free to stay in & around the house until 4pm
If you would like to stay an extra night on Sunday, you can stay on a B&B basis for an additional £70pp.
Please let Emma or Claire know you would like to stay by 12pm on Sunday so we can organise your breakfast.
Check-out on Monday is by 10.00am.
