What is Mindfulness??

Mindfulness is very simple and can be done anywhere and anytime.
It simply means being aware of yourself and your surroundings; being alert & aware.
Paying very kind attention to how you feel and to your senses.

Mindfulness is a rapidly growing way for people to enjoy all the benefits of a calmer the mind, more relaxed body and a more aware, present way of being.
Mindfulness helps us to become less reactive to life's twists and turns, and feel more resilient and better able to cope with whatever we find in front of us.
I've been trained by Suryacitta, "The Smiling Buddha"; a straight forward Liverpudlian who also happens to be an ordained Buddhist monk. His motto is "Keep it simple and elegant".
I already include mindfulness within my yoga classes and now I'm offering half day workshops and day retreats.
Keep an eye for new dates and events here and on my Facebook page Emma's Yoga & Mindfulness.
