Burntwood Yoga Classes

Due to Covid Guidelines, these classes are not running at the moment but I will open them back up as soon as it is safe.
Mondays
9.30 - 10.30am (£6)
&
7.00 -  8.00pm (£6)

Burntwood Memorial Institute,
Rugeley Road (at junction with Church Road),
Burntwood, WS7 9BE

Under Covid guidelines, I need to limit numbers to ensure social distancing, so please contact me to book your place at these classes.
  • These classes are attended by men & women, young & old, the bendy and the not-so-bendy, so please feel very comfortable just turning up and having a go.
  • There are several people who attend every week who remain seated for part or the whole of this class.
  • These classes cater for absolute beginners and experienced yogis, some of whom have been coming to the evening class since 1997!
  • Please bring your own mat if you have one or invest £7 in one from Tesco, Argos or Sports Direct. I have mats you can borrow while you figure out if the class suits you, but when we have lots of new people, sometimes they do run out.
  • Please also bring a drink, and a blanket and a cushion if you like.
  • On warmer days we may venture outside into the adjacent (and very private) garden for short periods of time, so bring shoes you can do yoga in or go barefoot and experience yoga the way it was meant to be!
  • On chillier days, bring a big blanket so you can tuck in your toes and really enjoy the relaxation at the end of class.
