There has been a Dru Yoga class running on a Monday here at the Burntwood Institute for over 25 years now!
Come and join us and find out what yoga can do for you.

• These classes are attended by men & women, young & old, the bendy and the not-so-bendy, so please feel very comfortable just turning up and having a go.
• It is fine if you need/want to remain seated for part or the whole of this class, just pop in a bit early so I can give you some suggestions for alternative moves.
• These classes cater for absolute beginners and experienced yogis, some of whom have been coming to the evening class since 1997!
• Please bring your own mat, they're about £7 from Tesco, Argos, Sports Direct, etc.
• Please also bring a drink, and a blanket and a cushion if you like.
• On warmer days we may venture outside into the adjacent (and very private) garden for short periods of time, so bring shoes you can do yoga in or go barefoot and experience yoga the way it was meant to be!
• On chillier days, bring a big blanket so you can tuck in your toes and really enjoy the relaxation at the end of class.
