Treat your team or group to a day or half day of gentle yoga, mindfulness, walking, breathing techniques & deep relaxation. You decide how much of these we do and a theme for the day - I can help with that if you like - and then sit back and enjoy the day with your team. I will provide a lovely lunch as well as all-day teas, coffees & biscuits, with some flapjacks or brownies too. Yoga & mindfulness is hungry work! We base ourselves in Slitting Mill Village Hall, which is a 25-minute drive from Lichfield or Stafford. Give me a call to discuss your aims & objectives and we can plan the perfect day for your team.
