I am very excited to confirm that I will be running a workshop on Sunday August 18th from 10am-1pm with my friends and amazing Dru Yoga teachers Sue Cheese and Claire Dunn.
The workshop will be centred around Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga, exploring the yamas and niyamas (ways to live a balanced and good life), asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), pratyhara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), and dyana (meditation), all working in conjunction to bring you to a state of Samadhi or bliss!
