- Learn how some very simple breathing techniques can relax, calm and bring focus, even in just a few minutes.
- Find some inspiration on setting up a special place or time to practice your yoga.
- Learn a few Sanskrit and English mantras to use during meditation or while walking with purpose.
Our workshop on setting up a home practice is being held on Sunday 18th January from 2-4pm for the bargain price of £10 (£12 on the day).
