I can offer private one-to-one sessions to help you be your best self: drawing from a range of practices, techniques & it's a bit cliched but yes, life hacks, from the wisdom of yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, time in nature, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, counselling, nutrition & minimalism.

Maybe you need help with managing life & all of it's demands with a little more ease.
These one-to-one sessions allow you the opportunity to talk about your concerns and how you would like to feel. Together we can work out how best to incorporate little changes (I'm all about little, easy & quick) to bring more calm & happiness into your everyday. If you have some bigger goals, we can work out a plan to help you move towards those too.
