Stress & Anxiety: We all get stressed or anxious sometimes. A bit too much on at work or worrying about family & friends, money or health. Sometimes it all seems to land at once. When it starts to feel like you aren't quite yourself anymore, you're exhausted, anxious or feeling down more often than not, or you don't want to or feel you can't, do the things you used to enjoy, it's time to ask for a bit of help.
Health: Sometimes we find ourselves in poor health, temporarily or indefinitely, and it can be hard to wrap our head around how things need to be for a while or how to create your new normal. You may be recovering from treatment, living with chronic conditions like ME Life Situations: Sometimes we get stuck in difficult jobs, working or living with difficult people, or be having issues with friends and family. Maybe you have simply come to a fork in the road or a different life situation & can’t quite see how to adapt & re-form yourself. It isn’t possible to change other people and we can’t always change our situation either, but we can learn techniques that change how things affect us, and allow us to maintain our health & peace of mind. Peri/Menopause: Maybe you are riding the rollercoaster of wide-reaching impacts this stage of life can have. I can show you so very many opportunities to help yourself through this time with a smile and most of your sanity. |
Sessions would be online through Zoom, which is very easy to use.
If you are local & don't mind dogs being in the house, you may also come to my home studio in Burntwood. We may also agree to meet outdoors somewhere to find out how we can practice mindfulness outside and how being in nature can help us. How much do sessions cost?If you decide to go ahead, sessions cost £45 per hour. If you'd like to book a block of sessions, say to meet once a week for a month, you pay £160 (for 4 sessions).
Block booking prices include up to two 10-15 minute videos of techniques we work through in each session. |
