I am not running any baby yoga classes at the moment.
Please find your local SPARK centre as they often run them and they are brilliant!
Yoga During Pregnancy
I would love to welcome all pregnant ladies to my classes,
however my priority is to keep you and your little one
as safe as possible, so please contact me
prior to attending your first class.
Most things I teach can be worked through in stages,
can be modified to accommodate an expanding baby tummy or replaced by an alternative movement or period of rest.
Sometimes we will be practicing things that aren't suitable or may not be comfortable if you are new to yoga.
Some poses and practices shouldn't be practiced at all in the early and/or late stages of pregnancy.
I need to know that you will use your own judgement to rest,
ease off or modify things as you need to.
If you have a particular condition or issue you are working with at the moment, please let me know and we can talk through alternatives or modifications beforehand when necessary.
