Booking
To secure your place please complete the booking form as soon as possible. You will receive an email to confirm your place and we will contact you to take payment.
Payment
Your place is not secured until we have received your payment. As soon as we receive your booking form we will send you details to pay us through online banking. If you have been on a day with us before we may waive the need tom complete another booking form so just call Emma on 07846 807 980 :-) Keep it simple!
Cancellation by You
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please let us know immediately and we will try to re-sell your place. If your place is resold, we will be happy to offer a full refund.
If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please let us know so we aren't waiting for you. (We will happily eat your share of the flapjack I'm afraid ;-)
If you're running late, please let us know as we sometimes start outside and lock the hall.
Phone signal cannot be guaranteed at the venue and we are are not always contactable by phone during the day. If you are unsure of how to get to our little hall, call us before the day and we'll talk you through it.
Physical fitness
Sometimes there may be just one of us running these days, in which case we may offer alternative routes or activities at the hall.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are physically fit enough to participate in the weekend's activities or that you will adapt your practice accordingly.
You are stating that you are confident you will be able to walk 2 to 4 miles unaided, over uneven & possibly muddy ground.
You are stating that if you enter any water, you are capable of swimming yourself back out of it.
Please contact us before booking if you have or have had any of the following in the last 12 months and that are not being controlled by medication: a heart condition or high blood pressure, chest pains, dizziness or fainting, any chronic medical condition or have had an operation involving a general anaesthetic in the last 3 months.
If you would like to talk over anything health issues with us before or after booking, or have any concerns about attending the event, please call Emma on 07846 807 980 and we will see what we can do to set your mind at ease.
Data Protection & Use of Your Data
We will only use your data for the purposes of Health & Safety, contacting you in case of cancellation and informing you of upcoming events that we are running. We will not share your information with any third parties and will keep all information safe and confidential.

Where am I going?
Slitting Mill Victory Hall is in Slitting Mill village about 100 yards from The Horns pub. The postcode is WS15 2UW. Allow 30 minutes from Burntwood or 11 minutes from Cannock.
Where do I park?
Park anywhere in the car park at Slitting Mill Victory Hall. Parking is free.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive about 15 minutes before our start time so you can set your stuff out, grab a drink & be ready to start on time.
Do I need my own mat?
If you have your own mat then yes please bring it with you. We will provide mats to put under yours if we are using mats outside. If you don't have a mat then just let us know in advance.
What should I bring?
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and your own mug/cup for hot drinks. Bring a blanket or extra layer for relaxation. Dress appropriately with warm layers & a waterproof jacket if it's cold or wet, or sunscreen & flip flops for paddling if it's hot. Make sure you've got sturdy shoes for walking on gravelly paths and down muddy banks.
You can leave most of your things in our hall or studio throughout the day as we will lock it when we go out. Any valuables brought with you are entirely at your own risk and Forest Wellbeing will not be liable for any losses.
Will we be outside?
Yes! We intend to be outdoors as much as possible so be prepared for that. Some of our practice may be indoors and if it's really hot or cold or wet, we'll be inside. We reserve the right to modify our practice dependant on the weather.
How long will the walk be?
On most of our sessions we will do a walk of about 2 miles. During our "Yikes" we'll walk 3-4 miles. Please let us know if you have any mobility issues and we will try to accommodate you. It is best to know before the day though so we can plan our routes!
All walks are likely to involve uneven ground, steep hills, gravel paths and no doubt some mud, so please be prepared for this with sensible shoes and strong legs!
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age is 16 years. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
What's for lunch?
On full days, we'll provide a vegetarian lunch, either soup & fresh crusty bread or cheese, salad & couscous. With fruit, biscuits, teas and cold drinks available all day, you'll be well looked after. Please feel free to bring anything else you want to.
